Lease Take Over Summary
My lease ends on November 23, 2017 and it is renewable. The apartment is technically a 1bd and a den, but the den is essentially another room (with a door and lots of space). The lease price is the most attractive because I started it in november, which is low season, my same apartment for a move in now would be 500-600 dollars more. The apartment building is very luxurious and close to everything you need as indicated above.
