| I am a student at UT and I live at J26 apartments right by campus and I was planning on living there again this year so I released back in november for another year but some of my financials didn't come through so I have to move back with my parents for a year to save up money. The apartment is four bedroom but each bedroom has its own lease so I am just leasing out my bedroom and my lease consists of 775 per month with a low rate guarantee if the rates lower. It also consists with free parking on the first floor of the garage. Internet (outlet and wireless) and cable are included each month. Electricity is about 35 a month and water about $8.
