Roommates are extremely nice, and room is in good condition.there is also a tv room where movies are always playing that you can study at and cable and Internet is included as well as a shuttle to the UA (no charge. I honestly love this apartment but my job is too far so I have to move somewhere closer as soon as possible. I believe there is a security deposit, but I am not 100% sure on the cost.
