I signed this lease for an apartment walking distance from the Univeristy of South Florida campus, but because of financial problems I am no longer going away to school. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment is a loft style unit with extra high ceilings, stained concrete floors, and exposed ducts. Each roommate has their own bedroom, bathroom, and closet. The actual apartment is beautifully done and it is brand new (the apartment was opened August 2009.)
