We met nice staffs thoughout our stay and we really have to say that it is a nice community. In addition, our unit has easy access to cabana/clubhouse which is just right in front (just opposite of building parking lots).

We personally giving special discount off your rent. Instead of $660, you just need to pay $580/month for February 2012 & March 2012 rent.

You are responsible to pay for $200 refundable security deposit. The $200 non-refundable fee is not needed because it is a lease transfer. You will also need to pay for $38 per adult non-refundable application fee in money order to \"Madrona Pointe\". If you have pet, you will also need to pay for $100 refundable pet deposit, $300 non-refundable pet free & pet rent $15/month.

Your lease will start from: February 4th, 2012 until March 31, 2012. You have an option to renew the lease after March.
