$580/1 Br 1 Ba (555sqft) Apartment 2 months Lease Transfer

Due to job relocation to TX, we need to transfer the remaining 2 months of our renewed lease at Madrona Pointe Appartment to anyone who is interested.We really enjoy our stay at Madrona Pointe. We met nice staffs thoughout our stay and we really have to say that it is a nice community. In addition, our unit has easy access to cabana/clubhouse which is just right in front (just opposite of building parking lots).

We personally giving special discount off your rent. Instead of $660, you just need to pay $580/month for February 2012 & March 2012 rent.

You are responsible to pay for $200 refundable security deposit. The $200 non-refundable fee is not needed because it is a lease transfer. You will also need to pay for $38 per adult non-refundable application fee in money order to \"Madrona Pointe\". If you have pet, you will also need to pay for $100 refundable pet deposit, $300 non-refundable pet free & pet rent $15/month.

Your lease will start from: February 4th, 2012 until March 31, 2012. You have an option to renew the lease after March.
