I am moving out March 18th from a studio apartment two blocks walking distance from the red line metro and downtown Silver Spring. Apartment is at the Pointe at Silver Spring, originally called the Georgian and features a really nice rooftop pool, gym, coffee lounge, and other facilities. My studio is the only one to have a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a balcony. Trash, A/C, and hot water is included in rent. You may even get to keep several items of furniture that I Remember, this is ONLY if I cannot sell it! You may also buy it from me for a low price. Pets are also allowed. There is a 300 non-refundable fee paid to management for taking over the lease and you would pay me back my security deposit of 700. You would get my security deposit back with interest at the end of your lease. This place can be all yours!
