Lease Take Over Summary
After living here for about a year, I signed a new lease with The Palms on Scottsdale.. but personal circumstances have made it so that I have to move. It's bittersweet for me, because I have really enjoyed living here! I lived here for over a year. Instead of breaking my lease, I am offering it to you! If you want it, you can have it with no security deposit (I already paid it) and you'll save $250 in additional fees. Rent is $749/mo plus tax and utilities.
My apartment is on the second floor (there's a nicely sized balcony!), and it is very close to the entrance. This makes the walk to the bus stop, the office or QuikTrip (right next door, so convenient) super fast. If you don't want to waste hundreds of dollars on a parking pass at ASU, the bus ride from the complex to campus is very short. It's also a short drive from Tempe Marketplace (takes me about 5 minutes), and not far from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall.. this location is seriously awesome. I'm going to miss it.
Most cats and dogs allowed, but you will have to ask the office about it specifically.
