If you are a college student, or take classes at UNR this is the perfect complex for you. If you take over my lease, I will pay for you first month of rent COMPLETELY. That is $530.00 free. My parents bought me a home, and I am in the process of moving into it, I need someone to take over my lease so I can start making payments to my parents. This apartment is amazing. It has brand new carpet, fully furnished, and has an AMAZING view of reno. There is also a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. There is security every night and a check in point, so this complex is VERY safe. The room is private and has its own bathroom inside. Everything is very clean. The management at The Highlands is amazing. They are there whenever you need them. The apartment is very well maintained and attractive. The room has a queen sized bed, desk and chair, side table, and dresser. The living room is furnished with beautiful leather chairs and couches, there is also a table with four chairs in the dining area. A washer and dryer are included in the unit as well.
