Lease Take Over Summary
Hi, I'm recently trying to move out of my apartment and I need someone to replace me. I'm hoping I'll move out at least by the end of February and below I'll give you some information on my apartment (it's near NC State in Raleigh, NC). Please let me know if you're interested. Thanks in advance =)
As I'm the one moving out, you'll be living with my roommate. She's the one on the right in the profile picture.
The apartment information is below:
-One bedroom and private bathroom [Not furnished sorry =( ]
-Roommate is Brittany, the girl on the right in my profile picture. She's a Wake Tech student; age 19 turning 20
-Deposit: $200
-Rent: $445 plus electricity [you'll split the electricity with my room mate and so far it's been up to 40 dollars but nothing higher than that so far]
*The rent includes: Washer/Dryer, Water, Cable, Internet
-20 minutes away from Crabtree Mall, 20-25 minutes from Wake Tech in Garner, Wolfline Bus is available to NC State in front of the apartment complex, 5 minutes from Meredith College
-Cameron Village and Hillsborough St is very close by
-McDonalds, Wendys and Taco Bell and Bojangles is at most a 5 minute walk or so from apartment so you won't even have to drive if you feel like getting something to eat
If you are taking over all you do is pay using money order or check every 1st day of the month. The electricity you split with my roommate and the bill comes in around the 11-14th day in the month. If you move in February, I'd hope you'd pay rent depending on the day you move in. Basically if you move in for instance the 10th of February, then I'll have you pay the amount for rent from the 10th to the 28th. After that you pay the rent normally.
