I need to find a rentor to take over my current lease. Month of October has been PAID!! There is 6 months left on the lease ending on March 31, 2011. At that time you have the choice to move out or stay longer by signing another lease. Upon deciding to take over the lease we will complete all paperwork necessary in the apartment office. I can move out in as little as 2 days if needed. Thank you!
