Washer and dryer in the unit. Gated complex features two pools (one heated) plus a fitness center. Located close to plenty of shopping and dining, with convenient access to I-215. No deposits are required. Just pay $40 app. fee to the leasing office per adult and sign on the dotted line to take over our lease if approved. Water/sewer/garbage are an additional $30 per month paid with the rent. If you have pets, pay $25 per pet for pet rent, and a detached garage is available for $75 per month.
