I am moving to another state--and need someone to take over my lease ASAP...there are 11 mos on the lease-so nearly a full lease still-I signed an 18 mo lease back in November-thats why it's so cheap-people at the complex are paying $1000 + for the same apartment-but I did not anticipate this move-and need to get out NOW!..in fact-I will pay you $200 to take it over by June 3rd...the apartment is empty and ready to be moved into.... It's a simple process and takes 24 hrs to be approved! Only $600 for the month of June! if you are looking for a deal(aren't we all : ) this is it!!!
