We are leaving to work in California and looking for someone to take over our lease from June to October (6 months). After October you can choose to leave or extend the lease if you wish to stay longer.
We have lived here two years and it is by far the best apartment complex we have lived in since we moved to Austin in 2000. The Maintenance is superb, with immediate response for emergencies, and they even have an after hours emergency maintenance hotline with LIVE support staff (no automated machines or waiting until the next day). There are also restaurants, and services such as dry cleaning, a dentist, and a chiropractor located at the front of the apartment complex plus more (see bottom for a list).
Location:
The apartment complex is located off of Parmer Lane in NW Austin and less than 1 mile to access highway 183(Research), 183a toll, 45 toll, and highway 620. Only 2 minutes away from Mopac (Loop-1).
