Brand new apartment, we were the first to live there. Very secure and swanky, huge private bedrooms and bathrooms, granite countertops, hardwood floors, gigantic tubs, etc. Very nice place. Take over whenever, $1440 per month total. No deposit, just assume the next month's payment and live there til the end of November. Have the rest of the month free if you move in midmonth.
